- Level II (3+ years of direct experience): $25.95 per hour
Bilingual premium for qualifying languages is 3.5% higher than starting salary if pass bilingual exam on first week of hire.

The Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Program will provide housing assistance to eligible households. TBRA meets the needs of participants by subsidizing the difference between total rent and the monthly tenant rent (based on Tenant Rent Calculation Worksheet or other approved form), to be calculated and tracked by staff at CHN, or the referring agency, and paid out by CHN. The goal of TBRA is to support participants’ long-term wellbeing through safe and affordable housing options.
The Housing Occupancy Coordinator administers the TBRA program.
- Coordinate all occupancy aspects of TBRA, a scattered-site housing subsidy program, across the Denver metro area.
- Schedule and perform Housing Quality Standards and/or NSPIREinspections for every participant annually. Follows up with tenant and landlords to ensure any deficiencies are remedied.
- Complete TBRA intake and recertification paperwork with clients, including collecting necessary eligibility documents.
- Accurately and efficiently coordinate client meetings, waitlist maintenance, eligibility screenings, file upkeep, documentation, recertification, trainings, reporting and all other responsibilities associated with subsidy programs.
- Provide support to TBRA participants navigating challenging housing situations and during moves between units.
- Submit monthly subsidy checks to be paid to TBRA participants’ property managers with accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as liaison and technical support for other AIDS Service Organizations participating in the TBRA program.
