Kickin’ It Kids Gym | Guest Experience Coordinator THE COMPANYKickin’ It Kids Gym is a Denver-based indoor play and movement space offering children’s fitness classes, open play, and unforgettable birthday parties and events. But what truly sets us apart is the experience we create.
We are a place where kids can move freely, build strength, and develop a lifelong love for healthy, active living while families feel safe, supported, and part of something meaningful. Every class, every visit, every moment is designed to help children grow stronger, build confidence, and create memories that last well beyond their time in our space.
THE ROLEAt Kickin’ It, we don’t just run classes and check clients in, we create moments kids remember and families trust.
As a Kickin’ It Guest Experience Coordinator, you are the heartbeat of that experience. You’re the high-five at the door, the hype during class, the calm, confident presence parents rely on, and the reason kids can’t wait to come back.
This is a hands‑on, high-energy role where no two days look the same. One moment you’re helping a toddler take their first jump, the next you’re leading a birthday party dance‑off, and later you’re welcoming a new family into the Kickin’ It community.
If you love kids, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring great energy wherever you go you’ll fit right in.
