Pay or shift range: $30 USD to $34 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Summary of Position: Assistant Director to support the leadership and daily operations of our Denver Parent Recovery Program. This position partners closely with the Program Director to oversee program services, supervise and develop staff, coordinate participant care, and ensure compliance with program requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a commitment to recovery-oriented services, family preservation, and empowering parents on their recovery journey.

Candidates must have significant personal recovery experience and be able to use their lived experience to inspire hope and support positive outcomes for participants and families.

• Support program operations and delivery of services
• Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and supervising staff
• Conduct participant and family intakes and coordinate service planning
• Monitor program quality, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with community partners and referral sources
• Promote a strength-based, culturally responsive, and family-centered approach to care.

• Minimum of five (5) years of continuous personal recovery experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Addiction Studies, or a related field preferred.
• Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in behavioral health, substance use services, child welfare, family services, or related community-based programing.
• At least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of recovery support services, trauma-informed care, and family-centered practice is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills required. Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance coverage is required.
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) speaking is a plus.
