- Social Services, Third Way Center is seeking a full time awake overnight mental health counselor to work as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team at one of our residential facilities working with high risk youth ages 13-20. We are looking for a creative and dynamic set of people who like to be challenged and seek to learn and better themselves professionally and personally.

Our mission is to provide a continuum of services in a home-like environment where at-risk youth can work through their traumas and learn to take responsibility for their actions and lives to become productive members of society.

• Milieu management including counseling and crisis intervention when needed
• Knowledge of the histories and plans for all youth in order to give individualized care
• Teaching the youth different skills based on their current abilities in order to enhance their opportunity for normalization and self determination
• Breaking down files and scanning documents into client system (eR/Kaleidacare)
• Ability to work as a team and take direction utilizing resident's treatment plans is a must
• Medication Management-Ability to pass QMAP medication certification.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in social work or related field. Can substitute two years of experience for educational requirements. The candidate must also possess a current valid Colorado driver's license, have a clean driving and criminal record, be at least 22 years of age and have the ability to obtain QMAP, and CPR/First Aid certification. Additionally, the candidate must pass an extensive background and DMV check.
