Job Description

Pro Care Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker to support a school district in Denver, CO. This is a meaningful opportunity to support students’ social-emotional well-being and help remove barriers to academic success in a collaborative school environment.

Position Details:

• Location:
  
  Denver, CO
• Student Population: K–12
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time (approximately 35–40 hours per week)
• Compensation:
  Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
• Contract:
  • Immediate start for the current school year
  • Renewal anticipated for the upcoming school year

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students
• Support students with social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Conduct assessments and assist in developing intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Connect students and families with community resources and supports
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required
• Active Colorado School Social Worker or appropriate licensure required
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, counseling, and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
