We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and lead the implementation of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, architecture decisions, and mentoring junior engineers while collaborating closely with product, QA, and Dev Ops teams.

• Design, develop, and lead the implementation of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications (hands-on development).
• Provide technical leadership, architecture decisions, and mentoring for junior engineers.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and Dev Ops teams to deliver quality software.

• Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
• Hibernate / JPA
• Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and JVM internals

• Hands-on experience with API integration and message queues (Kafka / Rabbit
