• Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware and software for microcontrollers and SoCs.
• Interface with hardware design teams to define system architecture and requirements.
• Optimize embedded code for performance, memory usage, and power efficiency.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests; support system validation and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, QA, and product management.
• Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement processes.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in embedded systems and apply them when appropriate.

• C/C++ embedded software development experience on Linux based SoC.
• Hands‑on experience in IT/Telecom on software and hardware solutions, with a wide breadth and ability to deep‑dive into different technical areas as needed.
• Relevant network knowledge (Residential gateways, IPv4/IPv6, TR‑181, 802.11, Ethernet).
• Experience on RDK‑B (Wi‑Fi RDK‑B CCSP, HAL and BBF TR‑181 Data Model).
• Experience on Broadcom based SoC (Broadcom SoC Wi‑Fi driver debug commands).
• Autonomy: project leadership will be remote and requires strong independence.
• Leadership: project software maturity convergence requires a certain level of seniority and the ability to decide daily on appropriate software development activities to secure overall project schedule.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, or related field.
