Overview
Play a pivotal role in designing and developing forward-looking software solutions. Work within the Software Development Life Cycle, leading solution delivery and implementation for programs and projects. Collaborate closely with product owners and key stakeholders, utilizing Agile/Scrum and Dev Ops processes to ensure efficient development. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues across server components, database components, and UI. Stay at the forefront of technological trends and contribute to continuous learning activities around modern software design and development practices while engaging in our digital transformation and growth.
Responsibilities- Lead the solution delivery and implementation for programs and projects, interfacing with product owners and key stakeholders.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum and Dev Ops processes, continuous integration, and automated testing frameworks to drive efficient development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in server components, database components, and UI.
- Ensure developer-ready user stories and participate in learning activities around modern software design and development practices.
- Maintain knowledge of development methods, best practices, and standards, collaborating closely with IT Security to ensure compliance with industry standards and policies.
- Provide technical leadership in multiple project phases, reviewing and discussing code to understand best practices and design patterns.
- Utilize Agile project management tools and concepts to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in information services or related field; relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 7+ years of development and system design experience.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of computer systems architecture, design, and industry trends.
- Expertise in cloud technologies, specifically Azure.
- Proficiency in .NET / ASP.NET / C#.NET / SQL Servers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Top-level expertise in one or more highly specialized areas of application systems analysis and programming.
- Ability to learn and prototype new technologies and recommend their appropriate use within company products.

- Hybrid Schedule. Office located in Denver, Colorado
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week, long or unusual hours as needed, sometimes on short notice
