Position Overview:

We are looking for an AI Application Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in RAG, NLP, and application development using large language models. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize AI-powered systems. Your work will include creating interactive applications that leverage the ChatGPT API for user interaction, data retrieval, and processing. You'll play a vital role in integrating natural language understanding into real-world applications, enhancing user experiences with large language models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize RAG workflows and NLP models.
• Build and maintain scalable vector database solutions for AI applications.
• Design and implement applications that integrate with large language models via APIs like ChatGPT, handling user input, query processing, and response generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into various systems.
• Conduct experiments and fine-tune models to improve performance.
• Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in AI technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in RAG, NLP, and vector databases.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch, Tensor Flow, or Hugging Face.
• Ability to develop code that interacts with large language models.
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Experience building and deploying applications that interact with large language models, especially leveraging APIs like ChatGPT for real-time data retrieval and processing.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and text embedding models.

Desired Qualifications:

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience deploying AI models in production environments.
• Familiarity with LLM reinforcement learning and cloud platforms.
• Experience working with LLM frameworks like Lang Chain or Pydantic AI, or developing custom frameworks.
• Experience with RAG applications using locally hosted LLMs or public LLM API services.
• Experience with LLM tool calling in projects.
• Experience fine-tuning language models for tasks like text classification or sentiment analysis.
• Proficiency in language model prompt engineering.
