We’re seeking a hands‑on Machine Learning Engineer to help design, build, and deploy next‑generation generative AI solutions. In this role, you’ll work with large language models, cloud‑based AI platforms, and modern data systems to turn unstructured data into intelligent, production‑ready applications. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams while owning key components across model development, integration, and deployment in real‑world environments.

Rate: $40.00 to $48.00/hr w2
Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain LLM agents and tools using Python, Tensor Flow, and modern ML libraries.
- Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and associated AI/ML services for model training, fine‑tuning, and deployment.
- Implement and optimize retrieval augmented generation pipelines using vector and graph databases.
- Develop data processing workflows to clean, preprocess, and transform unstructured data including text and images.
- Deploy generative AI models such as Gemini, Claude, or GPT variants into production environments.
- Collaborate within a structured engineering environment to meet defined technical leveling and quality standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s in a STEM field or 1 year with a Master’s, with a foundation in machine learning and software development.
- Hands‑on use of AWS, GCP, or Azure AI/ML services for training, fine‑tuning, and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and Tensor Flow, plus common ML libraries for building LLM‑based systems.
- Practical experience with generative AI models such as Gemini, Claude, or GPT variants.
- Experience with vector databases such as Milvus or Postgres, as well as graph databases and knowledge representation techniques, including RAG.
- Demonstrated capability to process and transform unstructured data across text, images, and other media.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in a STEM field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
