Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop, maintain and evolve our Sports Trading and Tools Applications and Platform. You will work on a Microsoft stack using .NET and SQL Server, and be cross‑skilled into Golang, React and Google Cloud Platform technologies to deliver the next generation trading platform.

We’re building our first technology teams based in Denver, Colorado and are looking for talented technical experts to join our Trading & Tools Software Development team.

The Trading and Tools teams build and own software that ingests and broadcasts the broadest, most accurate, real‑time sports fixture and trading‑related data to customers internally and externally. The role is eligible for a hybrid working from home policy. Salary range: $120,000–$155,000.

• Develop and maintain .NET desktop applications and backend services.
• Participate in cross‑skill learning of Golang, React and Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop low‑latency, highly available, scalable solutions processing high volumes of data.
• Support and enhance the existing code base, performing root‑cause analysis to eliminate faults.
• Enhance and support existing trading functions used 24/7.
• Support product owners and provide guidance during testing phases.
• Mentor support team members for professional development.
• Identify technical improvement areas and contribute to solution proposals.
• Create work effort estimates.

• 5+ years commercial C# experience with solid understanding of Windows applications and services.
• Commercial Microsoft SQL Server experience.
• Self‑driven with ability to understand complex architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality, scalable software solutions.
• Self‑motivation and delivery orientation in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Coaching/mentoring experience on technical subject areas.
• Flair for problem solving.
