Senior iOS Developer
We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer responsible for architecting, designing, and developing the middle tier for a software‑as‑a‑service-based application. The candidate will also guide and mentor junior iOS developers.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and support various Clinical System Applications.
- Work with Business Analysts to review and understand business requirements and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with middle‑tier and database developers.
- Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Work with QA and CM teams for code build/releases, test case design, and defect resolution.
- Collaborate as Team Lead/Project Manager/Architect for planning, estimation, documentation, and status reporting.
- Mentor junior developers on design and development.
- Adapt and contribute to a fast‑paced, agile application development environment.
- Adhere to project schedules, proactively resolving or escalating issues to management.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
Experience:
8+ years
- Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
- 6+ years of experience in iOS and Android mobile application development, including architecting and developing multiple applications across versions.
- Proficient in Swift for iOS development and Kotlin for Android.
- Strong understanding of iOS UI guidelines and Android UI guidelines.
- Experienced in implementing native libraries using iOS SDK and Android SDK.
- Proficient in using storage options such as User Defaults, Core Data, SQLite, Shared Preferences, Room, SQLite.
- Experienced in integrating RESTful web services, handling JSON and XML parsing, and managing network requests.
- Expertise in OOD and architecting scalable mobile applications using patterns like MVC, MVVM, MVP, VIPER for iOS, and MVVM, MVP for Android.
- Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and TDD for both iOS and Android.
- Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong experience with Git for source code management.
- Proficient in debugging and optimizing apps for performance, including memory and CPU usage.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Define architectural intent that agents can follow.
- Break features into agent executable tasks.
- Integrate agentic workflows into CI/CD pipelines.

- Define guardrails, standards, and governance for the use of autonomous coding agents.
- Evaluate impact of agentic IDEs on SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, security posture, and technical debt.
