Our Fullstack Engineering teams build the core product experiences that power learning m user-facing features to backend services, we focus on delivering high-quality, reliable, and scalable systems that impact millions of learners globally.

We partner closely with Product, Design, and Data to bring ideas to life quickly and thoughtfully.

We’re hiring Fullstack Engineers across multiple levels (Staff - Principal Engineers). In this role, you’ll work across the stack to design, build, and ship product features end-to-end, contributing to both frontend and backend systems and ensuring a seamless, performant, and engaging user experience. Success is measured by your ability to deliver high-impact features, improve system quality, and contribute to team velocity.

This is an onsite position, with an expectation to work in the office at least three days a week.

In this role, you will:

• Build and ship end-to-end product features across frontend and backend systems
• Design scalable, maintainable services and APIs
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data partners to define and deliver solutions
• Improve performance, reliability, and user experience across the product
• Contribute to code quality, testing, and engineering best practices
• Participate in system design, code reviews, and team planning

What you bring to the table:

• Experience building and shipping production systems across frontend and backend
• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (JavaScript/Type Script, React, APIs, backend services)
• Experience with scalable systems and performance optimization
• Ability to work across ambiguity and drive projects end-to-end
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a starting base salary of $187,000 - $330,000, depending on location and experience, as well as company stock options.
