Description
This position is for an experienced engineer to lead frontend development for the ADDER team and its federated data layer products. It will be the primary leader and point of contact for ADDER’s customer‑facing designs and UI platform. The individual will gather requirements, work through designs, implement them in code, and provide ongoing support for these services. They will also create re‑usable libraries of design components, web services, and other supporting technologies to further the front‑end products the team supports.
BasicQualifications
- Proficiency in Python/JavaScript or other web‑service programming language
- Core web development experience: HTML/CSS/SCSS
- Clear and effective communication skills
- UI/UX workflow design and development
- Strong documentation skills
- Software design and architecture for frontend services
- JIRA/Agile Methodology
- Git version control
- NodeJS/NextJS/React or other web framework
- API design/development/maintenance
- SQL Querying and interfaces
- End to end test experience – UAT and performance evaluations
- Project planning and scheduling
- Customer presentation experience
- Experience in creating re‑usable components for UI applications
- Docker image creation, management, and deployment
- ArgoCD or other automated deployment technology
- SSO or other authentication technologies
- Access control policies and related technologies
- AI integration and usage skills
This position requires a government security clearance; a US citizen is required for consideration.
Salary and BenefitsPay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For other states the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
