Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their team. This position is located in Denver, Colorado.
The approximate pay range for this position starts at $115,. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
Responsibilities- Support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Develop tools and applications to increase automation of manual processes, improving accuracy and efficiency in day‑to‑day tasks.
- Develop tools to aid in proactive monitoring and issue detection on customer premises equipment and the associated back‑office systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to review existing integration capabilities, data sources, and proposed solution designs for feasibility, cost, and functionality.
- Conduct design sessions with appropriate participation from architects and engineers.
- Create detailed design documents and functional specifications for new applications/services and for enhancements to existing systems/services.
- Collaborate to create configuration designs for the design and implementation of various environments.
- Create work‑effort estimates for new features and bug fixes for use in prioritization and release management.
- Design core code modules, unit test tools, and release notes for enhancements and bug fixes.
- Review new development tools, application frameworks, and testing tools for functionality/effectiveness.
- Provide on‑call support to resolve application and tool outages after normal business hours.
- Use established change‑management processes, requiring operational procedures be performed with minimal customer impact (e.g., during established maintenance windows).
- Configure, tune, and maintain databases in a variety of languages.
- Advanced knowledge of the Python programming language, including utilization of class structures, network‑related modules (HTTP, socket, ping, SNMP, etc.), database integration, Python web frameworks, and RESTful API integration (React, Django).
- Strong ability to transform an operational need into a description of system parameters and incorporate those parameters into the control of the total system development to achieve an optimum, cost‑effective balance.
- Experience with object‑oriented programming and applicable design patterns.
- In‑depth knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, Maria
DB, Postgres, and SQL syntax. - Experience developing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Lab Runner, Atlassian Bamboo).
- Proficient with source/version control systems (Git, Git Hub, Git Lab, Bit Bucket) and performing pull/merge requests along with code reviews.
- Experience working with message brokers (Redis, Rabbit
MQ, Apache Kafka).
