This is a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado with expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the unique needs of our organization.
What You’ll Deliver- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with operations leads and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Implement and maintain complex workflows, process automation, and data validation rules to streamline business processes.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and quality assurance to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, providing timely support and solutions.
- Stay up‑to‑date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices to continually enhance system capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and solutions.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer, with a focus on enterprise‑level development.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Familiarity with declarative development tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
- Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Strong ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable incorporating AI tools into your development workflow using tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or agentic coding assistants.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Base salary range: $120,000 to $150,000. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. Eligible for company bonus plan. Comprehensive benefits package available.
