** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the unique needs of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, system administrators, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance our business processes and drive efficiency.

Collaborate with Operations leads and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer, with a focus on enterprise-level development. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce platform capabilities.

Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Familiarity with declarative development tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules. Strong ability to analyze complex technical issues. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes is desirable.

** Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants
** The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus  addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
