We build products that help people find jobs and companies find great employees. We add mini-podcasts to job descriptions to provide better profiles of candidates and employers, enhancing the hiring process.

You will join a small, experienced team of entrepreneurs who are inspired to build products that help people find jobs and people to find their teammates. You have built applications end-to-end in startup environments and are comfortable owning decisions, learning from failures, and iterating on products.

• Collaborate with a small team, managing your own time effectively while minimizing unnecessary meetings.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable products using Node.js, Type Script, React/Redux, AWS, Kubernetes, Postgre
  
  SQL, and Redis.
• Write automated tests and push quality forward while balancing speed and manual QA.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge through code reviews and architecture discussions.

• Experienced software engineer with a proven track record in product iteration and application ownership.
• Language-agnostic, comfortable with multiple technologies and making trade‑offs.
• Strong communication skills and a bias toward over‑communication with cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable shipping code while maintaining quality standards and driving testing strategies.
