Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is hiring a full‑time Full‑Stack Developer
.

Responsibilities

Participate in meetings throughout the application development lifecycle to ensure product success.
Design and implement product architecture that meets business and user needs, focusing on automation, scalability, and security.
Write and maintain accessible, responsive web applications based on UX/UI designs and technical specifications.
Design APIs and integrations that seamlessly connect front‑end applications with back‑end services and databases.
Implement packaging tools and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
Conduct Red‑Blue Team testing, including “white hat” hacking.
Perform code reviews, write unit tests, automated end‑to‑end tests, and ensure all code meets quality and performance standards.
Innovatively apply AI technologies to improve application functionality, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Monitor system performance, optimize resource usage, and manage data backup, disaster recovery, and compliance.

Essential

Skills and Qualifications

Strong experience with Node.js, Type Script, React, and Express.js/Tan Stack web servers.
Strong knowledge of Material UI and SCSS.
Expertise with databases including MongoDB, MSSQL, and MySQL.
Proficiency in Azure cloud services, CI/CD tools, automation practices, Git Hub, and Vite packaging.
Demonstrated experience with Vitest and tools like Playwright for testing and debugging.

Preferred

Skills and Qualifications

Experience with Agile practices and pull methodology / kanban principles in Jira.
Proven ability to leverage AI for enhancing application performance and security.
Knowledge of ARIA standards and best practices for the web.
Familiarity with security and penetration testing for robust system protection.
Experience in both Windows and Linux operating systems via command‑line tools.
Exposure to Power Shell scripting for additional automation capabilities.

Annual Salary Range: $85,000 - $101,000
