As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to real time event-based systems, with opportunities to learn and develop full stack skills.
You will be joining the Offers team where you will be instrumental in building and maintaining real‑time event‑based systems. You will contribute to empowering the Business, quickly and easily creating new bonus mechanics, without relying on technical teams.
As a full stack team, we offer opportunities to expand your skillset and work with Golang, Typescript, React, SQL and Kafka. You will gain experience with open‑source technologies, deploying all systems and services to GCP.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Salary: $90,000 – $135,000 annually.
Responsibilities- Develop low latency, highly available, and scalable solutions.
- Create concurrent distributed components.
- Work in an environment with high volumes of transactions.
- Support and enhance the existing code base.
- Identify technical areas of improvement.
- Contribute to solution proposals as required.
- Create work effort estimates.
- Commercial experience within web clients or server‑side development.
- Knowledge of Kafka, Apache Flink, SQL, Golang, React or Typescript; expertise in similar or alternative technologies is welcome.
- Experience working in an environment with high volumes of change.
- Use of AI technologies for enhancing developer productivity.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical matters to stakeholders across different areas of the business.
- Experience with software development methodologies and best practices.
- Understanding of the development of automation and developer tooling such as continuous build and CI systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in a related field, or relevant professional experience.
