Senior / Lead Golang Developer | Event-Driven Architecture

We are looking for a Senior / Lead Golang Developer to own event‑driven architecture as we transition from a legacy monolith to Go microservices and develop new products.

• Work with a large-scale system serving 100M+ users, 6 billion HTTP requests daily, and 1.5M transactions per hour at peak.
• Contribute to a pragmatic AI‑focused environment—technology-driven but developer‑first.
• Shape the technical direction of a modern cloud‑based platform while mentoring engineers and leading initiatives from design through deployment.
• Collaborate with executive technical leaders on a mission‑critical product, with your work impacting at the highest level.

• Experience leading software development initiatives at scale (companies with hundreds of thousands to millions of users).
• Experience mentoring and leading other engineers, driving technical excellence.
• Strong production experience in Go (Golang).
• Strong understanding of systems design and microservices architecture.
• Advocate for clean architecture and clean code.
• Experience working with event‑driven systems such as Kafka.
• AI‑forward, including experience transforming SDLC to ADLC.

Denver, Colorado. Hybrid work—3 days a week, flexible days.

Base salary $135K–$155K, with a 15% bonus for a total expected cash compensation of $155,250–$178,250. Includes 4% 401(k) match and on‑call pay.
