Pay Range: $–$ Annual (base salary). Eligible for incentive bonus.

Lead and define the technical strategy, architecture, and implementation of manufacturing systems, integrating Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and ML/AI technologies. This role combines software development oversight with strategic architectural responsibilities to drive innovation and optimize JM’s manufacturing capabilities.

• Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of manufacturing software solutions, ensuring integration between plant control systems, SAP applications, and cloud services.
• Oversee code development, set technical standards, and guide internal and external teams on software modifications.
• Translate complex business requirements into integrated solutions across Azure, SAP, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop and design custom applications and data pipelines for data flow from production systems to cloud, enabling analytics and AI/ML.
• Implement data integration and quality standards, leveraging Fabric architecture to streamline processing and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed ML/AI algorithms for predictive maintenance, quality optimization, and operational insights.
• Architect secure and scalable Azure solutions, ensuring data integrity and reliable transmission.
• Define governance frameworks for architecture standards, data handling, and performance.
• Lead root‑cause analysis for production issues and implement performance improvements.
• Mentor team members in advanced architecture, data engineering, and AI.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
• Participate in project management, guiding technical improvements and collaborating on technology strategy.
• Document specifications, guidelines, and maintain compliance across applications and systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of application development experience, with strong leadership in SAP manufacturing systems.
• Proficiency with SAP MII, .NET, Azure cloud services, Microsoft Fabric, and data architecture.
• Experience with integration protocols (REST, SOAP) and ML/AI libraries/platforms.
• Programming skills in C++, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, XML.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and project oversight.
• Preferred certifications:
  Azure Fundamentals or higher (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer).
