• Own significant portions of the product and influence strategy by defining next wave of product features and system architecture.
• Solve challenging scale problems and evolve the service to meet customer needs.
• Work on complex system software, leveraging AI tooling and Spec‑Driven Development (SDD).
• Demonstrate customer‑centric thinking, operational excellence, teamwork, bias for action, and strong communication skills.

• 3+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non‑internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience (coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
