Responsibilities include developing the end-to-end stack, such as LLM serving, inference, and RAG pipelines. The position requires creating evaluation harnesses to measure model performance and quality.

Additionally, the role focuses on instrumenting systems for observability and optimizing for latency, throughput, and cost. The engineer will integrate AI agents with internal and third-party systems to drive operational efficiency and enable self-service data capabilities.##

Required Qualifications and Skills Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. The role requires proven experience in designing and developing generative AI agents, including expertise in intent detection, query decomposition, and context engineering. Applicants need a solid understanding of RAG systems, knowledge graphs, vectorization, and large language models.

Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS and data processing tools such as Databricks or Snowflake is also required.
