Requirements
Must have:- We require experience programming in at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, Power Shell, or Ruby.
- We require 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- We require 1+ years of experience designing or architecting new or existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- We require knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals, including networking, storage, and operating systems.
- We require an active TS/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with polygraph.
- We prefer experience with highly concurrent, high-throughput systems and complex distributed systems.
Responsibilities:
- We ensure Route 53 and Perimeter Protection services can deliver a 100% uptime SLA.
- We deploy software, troubleshoot software failures, and reduce manual intervention through automation.
- We build infrastructure as code and operator tools to improve service management and scaling.
- We manage and monitor systems in air-gapped regions.
- We develop software-based solutions to enhance how we observe and operate our systems.
- We take defined projects, break down the work into milestones, and establish feedback loops.
- We identify availability gaps and defects, investigate systemic patterns, and resolve, mitigate, or elevate operational issues promptly.
