  • Leverage AI agentic coding tools (Claude code, Github Copilot) to accelerate test authoring and generate courage for complex user flows.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define acceptance criteria, testable requirements, and quality gates early in the development lifecycle.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing; diagnose defects, drive root cause analysis, and see issues through to resolution.
  • Participate in Pull Request reviews, technical discussions, and design reviews, championing quality, testability, and engineering best practices across the team.
  • Design and execute performance and load tests using Gatling or JMeter, and analyze results to surface bottlenecks and reliability risks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality engineering practices, tooling, and test frameworks, and help mentor peers on quality standards.
What

The Role Requires
  • Hands-on experience or demonstrated curiosity with AI agentic coding tools and the ability to effectively direct AI coding tools to generate, extend, and maintain test coverage.

  • Strong hands-on experience building automated regression / CI test suites using Cucumber with Selenium and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar).
  • Ability to design functional tests, test plans, and test strategies, and to configure test environments and test data.
  • Experience with performance testing using Gatling, JMeter, or comparable tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate test results and quality risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bonus: exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and/or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Bonus:
Familiarity with LLM-based test generation, MCP tooling, or agentic automation workflows..
What You'll Get
