Experience with

. - Hands‑on experience with:
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Strong knowledge of:
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Integration patterns
- Data migration and data integration
- Authentication and security
- Experience designing scalable and high‑performance Salesforce solutions.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP/CRM integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning, and integration capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
