We are looking for an ideal candidate for these responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis & Development
  Analyze new business requirements and enhancements and implement them using efficient PL/SQL logic while ensuring seamless integration with the existing system(HCM Extracts, BIP, Rest APIs, Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse).
• Application Support & Maintenance
  Work within the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud domain, applying foundational knowledge to support enhancements and troubleshoot issues in production.
• Code Management & Deployment
  Handle code check-in activities, maintain version control, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Production Migration Readiness
  Prepare and validate code for production deployment, ensuring stability and minimizing risks during migration.
• Change Management
  Create and manage change requests, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with organizational processes.
• Documentation
  Maintain and update technical documentation for all enhancements, fixes, and system changes to ensure knowledge continuity and traceability.
• Performance Optimization
  Fine-tune SQL queries and PL/SQL code to improve system performance and efficiency.
