Transdev in Denver, Colorado is hiring a Scheduler/Reservationist. Our Schedulers are responsible for preparing daily service performance, ensuring timely and accurate processing of trip schedules. This role focuses on operational efficiency and delivering high-quality results. As a Scheduler, you will not only help drive operational excellence but also contribute to meaningful advancements in transportation that impact our community. Competitive compensation package of minimum $19.00 – maximum $23.00.

• Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks

• Manage and adjust daily route schedules to maximize route efficiency
• Demonstrate excellent team spirit and internal customer service
• Demonstrate customer service to individuals and representatives regarding subscription services, external groups and persons
• Directly responsible for the scheduling of drivers
• Successfully enter and track data
• Coordinate with management to improve service delivery, streamline and improve processes and trip scheduling
• Maintain data including file back‑ups and documentation files
• Maintain confidentiality of all information
• Other duties as required

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years reservationist or customer service experience.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

• Work outside in varying temperatures, weather, and humidity conditions – 100% of the job is performed indoors.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6‑8 hours per day) in an office or cubicle equipped with a telephone and computer.
• Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
