Role Description

We are seeking a Vertical Transportation Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Washington DC, Boston, Tampa/Orlando, Colorado, Utah, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Los Angeles, and Seattle. The specialist will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating vertical transportation planning and management. Daily tasks include analyzing transportation systems, managing operational processes, ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with team members and stakeholders to address transportation needs within the facility.

This role requires close collaboration, attention to detail, and strong problem‑solving capabilities to ensure optimal functionality of vertical transportation systems.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to evaluate and solve complex transportation challenges.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in transportation planning and management, with a focus on safety and operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to oversee vertical transportation systems and ensure reliable functionality.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety standards and procedures for transportation management.
  • Proficiency in using relevant technology and software tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or applicable work experience in transportation or facilities management.
