🧭 About the role
As a First Officer, you’ll operate transport aircraft in a two‑pilot crew environment, exercising sound judgment and exceptional airmanship. You’ll embrace a safety‑first culture, deliver a professional customer experience, and collaborate through strong CRM to execute every flight reliably and on time.
- Operate the aircraft in full compliance with SOPs, regulations, and company policies
- Demonstrate disciplined checklist use, threat and error management, and situational awareness
- Communicate clearly with ATC, crew, and ground teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork
- Advance across aircraft types as available, with fleet assignment determined by seniority
- Total Flight Time: 1,500 hours
- License: ATP (FAA)

High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred) - Attendance:
Reliable, punctual attendance is essential to the role
- 1,000 hours of fixed‑wing turbine time
- Minimum 100 hours of flight time within the last 12 months
- Minimum 100 hours of complex aircraft flight time within the last 12 months
- Permit: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit (RR)

Foreign transcripts must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency by a NACES member organization
You must be able to travel freely within the United States and without restriction to all countries served. Some countries impose entry limitations on foreign visitors. For example, Canada may deny entry to individuals with certain criminal convictions or pending charges (e.g., theft, driving while intoxicated DWI, various felonies/misdemeanors). Procedures for special permission or waivers exist but are not automatic. This is not an exhaustive list of countries with restrictions.
