Overview
Step into the right seat of the Airbus A320 family and help deliver safe, friendly, and on‑time operations across our network.

- Operate as First Officer on the Airbus A320 family, ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional passenger care on every leg.
- Support the Captain through all phases of flight: planning, preflight, departure, enroute, approach, and post‑flight.
- Manage radios, FMS, and performance data while maintaining strong situational awareness and CRM.
- Communicate clearly with ATC, crew, and operations; proactively solve problems and adapt to changing conditions.
- Uphold a professional, well‑groomed appearance and represent the airline's values on and off the flight deck.
- Total Time: 1,500 hours
- License: FAA ATP (accepted licenses: FAA only)
- Medical:
First Class - Type Rating:
Not required — Airbus training provided
- 2,500 hours total time (preferred)
- 750 hours multi‑engine fixed wing (preferred)
- 500 hours pilot in command (PIC) (preferred)
- 500 hours jet/turboprop (preferred)
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
- Valid, machine‑readable passport and the ability to travel in and out of the United States, or a valid foreign passport with authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to travel in and out of all cities/countries served by Frontier Airlines
- Ability to relocate
- Willing and able to work weekends, nights, holidays, overnights, including red eyes
- Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Ability to problem‑solve and respond positively in difficult situations
- Leadership qualities: empathy, accountability, ethics, and dependability
- Ability to adjust to day/night flying schedules
- Commitment to a professional, well‑groomed appearance
- Ability to pass pre‑employment drug testing and background checks
