CDL A Driver

Martin Marietta Materials -  - Responsibilities:
Safely transport asphalt, road base, and millings from plants to job sites, ensuring materials are delivered at the correct temperature and within specified time frames;
Crosstrain on lowboy trailers to load, secure, and transport heavy paving equipment between project locations;
Coordinate with dispatch and the paving foreman to determine the most efficient and safest routes to maintain a continuous flow of material;
Perform and document mandatory Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspections and conduct routine preventive maintenance;
Maintain constant radio or hand-signal communication with the crew to facilitate safe movement and alignment of materials
