Route Driver - Vending

Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Route Driver – Vending position at Canteen, 13575 East 37th Avenue, Denver, CO 80239. The role requires a valid driver's license, previous customer service and driving experience, and will involve delivering products or rendering service on an established route. The driver will maintain vending and related equipment, perform product rotations, provide client and customer satisfaction, and manage receipts and invoices.

Schedule:

Full‑time, Thursday through Sunday; hours may vary; additional details upon interview. Fixed pay rate: $27.05 per hour. Internal employee referral bonus is available. All Canteen driving roles may include commission eligibility.

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Perform product rotation to ensure freshness at client locations.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Inform regular clients and customers of new products or services, listen to and resolve service complaints.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue promotion materials to customers.
• Accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3 years of driving experience required.
• Valid Non‑CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state).
• Preferred 1–2 years of customer service experience, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Proficiency with handheld computer (training provided).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
• Can work independently and be responsible for route, working unsupervised 98% of the work day.
