CDL-A Team Driver

CDL-A TEAM DRIVER – HOME WEEKLY OR EVERY OTHER WEEK – UP TO $0.74/MILE

Home Time:
Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver's domicile.

CDL-A Team Drivers needed. Covenant is the top teaming carrier in transportation, built on teamwork and a leader in team freight.

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74/mile (based on verified experience).
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52/mile (based on verified experience).
• Clean DOT Inspection:
  Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 - $1,850.
• $8,000 sign‑on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver) – must have previously teamed together for 90 days; FL and CA based drivers excluded.

• Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, Optional STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Accounts available from the 1st day of the month following 60 days of active service.
• 401(k) plan available from the 1st day of the month following 180 days of active service.
• Benefits enrollment must occur before the deadline; missed deadlines will revert to annual open enrollment.
