About the Position
The Regional Driver NonCDL operates straight truck equipment in accordance with all DOT regulations to transport product safely and legally from the Distribution Centers and their Vendors to the final destination. This position may be assigned to business units that require White Glove service that goes beyond standard shipping methods. The role must have good time management and communication skills to ensure that the product is delivered in a safe and timely manner.
Functions- Operates straight truck equipment in accordance with all DOT regulations to transport product safely and legally from the Distribution Centers to the Vendor’s destination.
- Operates the straight truck to ensure that the product is delivered in a timely manner.
- Understands the utilization of secure devices and straps, and monitors freight for secure devices and straps to ensure products are delivered to their final destination undamaged and in their original condition.
- Follows company policy, participates in required trainings, and keeps the truck clean.
- Maintains driver’s daily logs, trip reports, and other documents as required.
- Performs a full pre-trip and post-trip inspection on tractor‑trailer.
- Immediately reports all instances of damaged product to the Transportation Supervisor/Manager.
- Provides White Glove service at every delivery.
- Communicates any delivery issues up the line to the Transportation Supervisor/Manager.
- Keeps company equipment fueled, tidy, and in compliance with DOT and company inspection requirements.
- Is accountable for all assigned tools and equipment.
- Maintains professional conduct and attitude towards other motorists who share the highway.
- Conforms to all DOT and OSHA regulations and state laws.
- Performs any other reasonable request as directed by management.
- Minimum 1 year of tractor‑trailer NonCDL driving experience within the past 7 years.
- CDL may be required.
- Meets FMCSA and company requirements.
- Passes background and drug screening.
- Clean driving record.

This position is expected to travel approximately 75% or greater. A passport is not required, but recommended.
