Class A Dedicated Delivery Driver

DHL Supply Chain is hiring CDL Class “A” tractor/trailer drivers for full-time delivery positions at our Denver, Colorado location. The role involves delivering parts to automobile dealerships for a large automotive manufacturer.

• Operate a 53' van trailer with lift gate, hand truck, pallet jack, and other delivery tools.
• Deliver goods on a regional route starting in Denver, making 5 stops en route to Salt Lake City.
• Complete a 10‑hour reset pause on the route, which alternates weekly between a 3‑day run and a 2‑run schedule.
• Maintain vehicle as a controlled chassis with APU, heating and cooling, and refrigerator.
• Ensure safe, on‑time delivery and comply with all DOT regulations.

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• 1–2 years of relevant driving experience.
• No Hazardous Materials, Tank, Doubles/Triples, or Passenger endorsements required.
• No DUI in the last 3 years; at most one traffic ticket and any at‑fault accidents are allowed.
• Must pass a company‑provided DOT physical examination.
• Preferred: familiarity with regional routes.

Route pay is based on a progressive scale, with an annual total of $69,000 and a $7,500 sign‑on bonus paid out over one year.

• Health: PPO administered by Blue Cross/Blue Shield, including one free physical per year and Rx coverage.
• Dentistry: PPO administered by Met Life, including two free check‑ups and cleanings per year.
• Vision: choice between Davis Vision or VSP, with one free annual vision check‑up.
• Life Insurance: $40,000 (double indemnity $80,000).
• Short‑Term Disability Insurance: up to 26 weeks.
• Vacation: accrue 80 hours (10 days) per year after 6 months of employment.
