Cross Country Freight Solutions (CCFS) provides direct service throughout the Western and Central United States, delivering freight on time using modern technology.

Cross Country Freight Solutions is seeking Class A drivers who value customer service and safety. The driver operates a company truck to transfer freight safely and efficiently, unloading, sorting, palletizing, and reloading a wide variety of freight, using manual or mechanical aids, and completing required paperwork.

• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Deliver and/or pick up freight to/from customer locations and/or a terminal as instructed by dispatch or the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure all shipping documentation is available for DOT inspection and appropriate paperwork accompanies the shipment to the delivery point.
• Load and/or unload a wide variety of freight onto and off a company motor vehicle, at customer locations and at the terminal, with or without mechanical assistance, depending on the size of freight.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 21 years of age.
• One year of commercial driving experience.
• No DUI or DWI in the past three years.
• No more than three traffic violations in the past three years.
• Must have Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or be willing to obtain them; renewal reimbursements are available.
• Must successfully complete a pre‑employment skills assessment.

• Frequently enter and exit the cab of a commercial vehicle.
• Safely maneuver freight/pallets weighing up to 2,500 pounds onto a dolly or cart with a force of up to 130 pounds with mechanical aid in various environments.
• Carry freight weighing up to 40 pounds for a distance of up to 20 feet.
• Hook and unhook various commercial combinations, manually lower and raise landing gear, operate fifth wheel release levers, lock and release pintle‑hooks, attach and release safety chains, open and close cargo doors, climb into and out of vehicles, and fuel and check oil/coolant levels of vehicles.
