Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role based in Brighton, CO. The Dispatcher will coordinate and schedule dry FTL and LTL freight loads, assign drivers and equipment, and monitor routes to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. Daily responsibilities include maintaining constant communication with drivers, updating customers on shipment status, and resolving any delays, breakdowns, or routing issues. The role also involves using dispatch and transportation management systems to track loads, manage documentation, and keep records accurate and up to date.

The Dispatcher will collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and management to optimize fleet utilization and support safe, efficient transport.

Qualifications
  • Experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or transportation operations, preferably in FTL freight.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and timely updates to drivers and clients.
  • Proficiency with dispatch software, transportation management systems, and common office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, mapping/GPS applications).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple loads, deadlines, and changing demands.
  • Problem‑solving abilities to handle route changes, delays, and emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
  • Knowledge of basic transportation regulations, safety practices, and industry terminology is preferred.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Sarajevo and collaborate effectively with a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience in trucking or freight brokerage and fluency in English (spoken and written) are strong advantages.
