FIELD STAFF
We are a National Destination Management company with over 13 offices nationwide and over 250 team members and growing. We serve our clients and their guests by being collaborators, event planners, logistics coordinators, innovators, creators, and dreamers who are passionate about what we do.
PAY: HOURLY: To be discussed during the interview.
SCHEDULE: This part-time position is based on client needs and may require working days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends. We schedule 6 months to 24 hours in advance. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is preferred. Shifts vary from 4 to 16 hours. You may decline or accept shifts, with the most flexible being contacted first. You will work in various locations and are required to wear a company shirt and name badge.
Job duties typically involve assisting guests with transportation and setting up transportation vehicles for timely boarding.
Common field staff assignments include:
- Airport Meet & Greet and Departures: Meeting guests at the airport, assisting with luggage (up to 50 lbs.), and guiding them to transportation.
- PM Transfers: Meeting guests at hotels, managing the flow of people to and from motor coaches.
- Tours: Ensuring guests are transferred safely to and from tour locations.

Special Requirement: Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
