Team Leader, Transportation

Discipled Movers LLC is looking for a Mover/Helper.

• Reliable transportation to Broomfield for every shift.
• Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs+.
• Will be hired as a driver/must have a driver's license.
• Willing team player/works well with others.
• Moving experience preferred.
• Know how to prep a job site ensuring no items are damaged while moving.
• Trustworthy and professional.
• Follows directions/knows how to work without instructions.
• Has no problem wearing a uniform.
• A driver's license would be advantageous.

• Has good communication skills.
• Experienced using furniture pads, shrink wrap, and other protective moving materials on household furniture.
• Packing, padding, loading, and unloading items with care on a move.
• Communicates well with others/customer service.
• Knows how to disassemble/assemble household furniture.
• Knows how to use moving tools/materials like dollies, packing materials, prep materials, and tools.
• Willing to perform other duties that may be assigned/asked of related to moving services.
• Driver.

• After completing 30 days of employment, evaluations consideration for their first raise.
• Flexible hours and schedules are available.
• Per pay period, movers with mentions in online reviews by clients receive bonuses (growth inside of the company is our GOAL).
• Weekly pay & customer tips.
