ABOUT THE JOB Domino’s Pizza hires many drivers because we offer a flexible schedule with hours you’re looking for. You’ll have plenty of time left for school, friends, or other activities. • JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards and access to an insured vehicle for delivery. You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
• Deliver product by car and to the door of customers. Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate all equipment; stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler; prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; clean equipment and facility daily.
• Training Orientation and on-the-job training provided.

• QUALIFICATIONS General job duties for all store team members: operate equipment; stock ingredients; prepare product; receive and process orders; take inventory; maintain cleanliness. Communication skills to understand written instructions and to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers, both over the phone and in person. Essential skills include basic arithmetic, ability to enter orders via computer keyboard or touch screen, and ability to give correct monetary change.
• Physical requirements include frequent hand use, eye-hand coordination, and ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds; details cover general tasks and movement throughout a typical store environment.

• WORK CONDITIONS Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing. In-store temperatures range from 36°F (cooler) to 90°F and above. Noise and other normal restaurant environment factors apply.
• PHYSICAL DEMANDS Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, and occasional bending and stooping. Specific tasks involve grocery and pizza-related preparation and deliveries.
• Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• DRIVING SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES Deliver product by car to customers; deliver flyers/door hangers; requires valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.
• Essential skills include navigational ability within a designated delivery area and ability to navigate multi-story buildings and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Good reliable vehicle and ongoing use of a mobile app while driving are required. The role may require occasional stair navigation or ladder use for price changes or maintenance tasks.
