Position Overview: Are you looking for a steady, high-paying night shift that lets you keep your weekends completely free? We are immediately hiring full-time Overnight Material Handlers / Truck Loaders for our facility in Denver, CO (80238).

At $23.25/hour
, this role offers competitive compensation and a predictable 4-day work week. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role perfect for individuals who thrive in active environments and prefer independent, physical work over a traditional desk job.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently hand-load freight trucks during the overnight shift, ensuring all outgoing cargo is processed safely.
• Lift, carry, and stack individual cases securely from the staging area into the back of delivery trucks to maximize space and prevent transit damage.
• Coordinate closely with the night-shift warehouse team to ensure loading deadlines are met before morning departures.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace within the trucks and loading docks at all times.

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to handle continuous heavy lifting, bending, walking, and standing for the duration of a 12‑hour shift.
• A strong commitment to working a consistent 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM schedule.
• Excellent attendance and the ability to work safely and efficiently with minimal direct supervision.
• Previous experience in box formatting, truck loading, or general material handling is preferred but not required.
