Trillium Drivers is now seeking Non CDL Delivery Drivers for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Denver!

Pay is $24/hr schedule is Monday - Friday, 6:30am-5pm. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role combines warehouse responsibilities with driving duties, ensuring efficient deliveries and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating various warehouse equipment and possess a strong commitment to safety, customer relationships and efficiency.

Duties:

• Regularly driving up to a 26-foot box truck with automatic transmission.
• Load and unload materials from trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts and manually.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently.
• Prepare orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Operate a box truck for local deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries and concerns from clients.
• Assist with route planning to optimize delivery schedules and reduce transit times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to the warehouse area and delivery fleet.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. (CDL not required)
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Experience in delivery driving and/or warehouse preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) and moving tasks using pallet jacks, hand trucks and forklifts.
