ABM Industries - - Responsibilities:
Meet and greet arriving passengers in the claim area and provide assistance and information to individuals meetings arriving passengers;
Determine service needs of customers, providing assistance with all baggage issues, i.e., lost articles, lost, damaged and pilfered baggage;
Make baggage arrival announcements when customers arrive in the claim area providing information and instruction;
Monitor the delivery of baggage to the claim area; coordinate with Ramp Service regarding missing bags and handle irregularities associated with the baggage delivery process;
Process delayed, damaged and pilfered baggage claims in a timely manner and pursuant to company policy at Baggage Service Offices
