Required Experience — Please Read Before Applying

Applicants must have at least one full year of professional box truck driving experience within the last five years
. Experience must include regularly operating a box truck or a comparable commercial vehicle.

Personal vehicle driving, delivery app experience, warehouse experience, or working as a driver helper does not meet this requirement.

Applications that do not clearly show the required professional driving experience will not be considered.

Starting Pay: $ Per Hour

ROUTES BEGIN 7/25/2026 - Hiring for various schedules, including AM and PM routes. Weekend availability is required.

$29.11 in Regular Hourly Pay + $6.07 in Health & Wellness Pay (paid up to 40 hours per week)

Health & Wellness Pay is used to offset monthly health insurance premiums. Health & Wellness pay is added to your paycheck no matter if you choose insurance or not.

Mail Management Services is hiring a Full Time Non CDL truck driver to serve our mission of providing reliable service for customers.

• At least 12 months of verifiable professional box truck driving experience within the past five years
• Experience operating a box truck or similar commercial vehicle, such as a step van, straight truck, or large delivery truck
• Possess valid driver's license
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older.
• Pass a company administrated driving test
• Ability to pass a federal background check
• No DUIs/DWIs within the last five years
• Must be able to perform frequent lifting and pushing/pulling wheeled carts
• Must pass a DOT Physical and Pre-employment drug test (company paid)
• Proficient in basic computer skills

Drivers may be required to load, unload, sort, and handle cargo to and from trailers by hand or by use of mechanical equipment such as carts or a pallet jack. The driver must be able to bend, stoop, twist, climb and move freely in the handling of cargo that may weigh more than 100 pounds. The driver must be able to lift from 60 – 100 pounds.

The driver must be able to lift 60 pounds over the head and must be able to exert a minimum of 70 pounds pull pressure on the 5th wheel lock and trailer tandem release. The driver must be able to safely maneuver a cart weighing up to 500 pounds.

• Drivers must arrive on time daily.
• Drivers must inspect the truck before, during, and after the run for problems. (pre-trip/post-trip) (DVIR) Notify the local operations manager of any issues.
• Complete job daily within guidelines of company procedures and policies, as well as federal and state regulations of operating motor vehicles.
• Report any delays (weather, traffic, breakdowns) that will interfere with on-time arrival at postal facilities.
