PositionThe Position:
Delivery Driver
Deliver the ‘za, salads, ‘zones & all Sexy Pizza items. Collect payment in a safe, timely & professionally represent Sexy Pizza. May take orders & serve up the patrons at the counters or tables. Keepin’ the spaces clean & staying up-to-date with health & safety standards for cookin’ & servin’. Flexible hours (full-time or part-time positions)
Responsibilities- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, fountain soda machine, hand sink, lobby tables, chairs, etc.
- Maintain the highest standard of customer service at all times.
- Make deliveries of our product to residential and commercial locations.
- Learn the names and personally recognize our regulars.
- Record completed delivery orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the POS system.
- Accept guest payments, process credit card charges, and make changes (if applicable).
- Assist in the restocking and replenishment of products and supplies such as folding and stocking all boxes, cups, lids, napkins, etc.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the Restaurant Manager or Shift Lead.
- Be able to prioritize the best routing for more than one delivery at a time.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by a manager.
- 18 years of age and have 2 years of driving experience.
- Someone with communications skills to create a positive interaction experience with our customers and communicate clearly with all Team Members.
- Someone with a valid state driving license.
- You have use of a properly maintained, licensed, and a street-legal vehicle capable of driving many miles per day.
- You maintain minimal or higher insurance coverage as mandated by state law.
- You maintain an acceptable driving record as stipulated by company policy or insurance carrier.
- You can provide up-to-date Motor Vehicle records upon request from management.
- You’re capable of reading a map and interpreting written directions.
- You have basic math skills and can confidently handle money & make change.
- You’re able to work in a sitting while driving, standing, and walking position with frequent changes between positions.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods, up to 4 consecutive hours.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
What We Offer a.k.a. “The Goods”:
- Sfrac starting at an hourly rate above minimum wage and after an average of 30 hours a week for 3 months, qualify for full-time benefits.
Starting at $16.27 - $16.75/hr plus $10.00/hr average tips. Delivery mileage reimbursed at the federal standard rate. Day ONE Bennies include paid time off, state-required paid sick leave, meal discounts, mental health services, and more. Day 60 Bennies include 401k retirement matching. Full-Time Bennies include health, dental, and vision insurance, voluntary coverage, and paid parental leave.
