Local CDL Driver

Job Summary

We are experts in the beer, wine, and spirits industry looking for individuals who share our passion for customer service and thrive in a fast‑paced working environment. As a member of our CDL driving team you will interact with customers daily to manually unload/deliver pre‑sold products from our Distribution Center to their account locations in a safe and efficient manner.

Hourly: $30.18/hr with 2 annual pay increases. 4‑day workweek (Tues‑Fri) with strong overtime potential. Full medical, dental, vision benefits. Union employer.

• Determine vehicle condition by inspecting before and after use, logging inspection, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain safe vehicle and condition and protect the load by complying with organization policies, procedures, highway rules and regulations.
• Make deliveries of product to specific customers using dolly or hand truck.
• Provide customer service by listening and resolving customer concerns.
• Collect payment from customers and reconcile the assigned load with receipts and delivery invoice.
• Return empty containers, rejected or unsold merchandise by making appropriate collections from customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Valid CDL A or B (Commercial Driver’s License) with 1–2 years related delivery experience.
• Demonstrate good communication skills with high levels of professionalism.
• Bi‑lingual a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 45–65 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 160 lbs.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and problem‑solving skills with good attention to detail and ability to multi‑task.

• Frequently climb into and out of a truck.
• Regularly lift 45–65 lbs; occasionally lift up to 160 lbs.
• Must talk, hear, use hands and fingers to operate a vehicle and tech device.

• Accountable for meeting own targets; work is reviewed periodically.
• Problems encountered are defined, repetitive, and routine with a readily available solution.
