$32.90 is the starting rate. After a 90‑day probationary period, the rate increases to $34.90.

Here is what it’s like to be a Driver with PBNA:

You’re home every night -- here’s a bit more about what your job will be:

  • Deliver Pepsi products to each customer location – a combination of large and small format.
  • Lift, load, push, and pull cases ranging from 20–45 lbs per case at each stop.
  • Connect with the customer to ensure their needs are met.
  • Use industry‑leading technology and tools to service the customer.
  • Rotate and stock Pepsi products on store shelves, displays, and in coolers.
Primary Accountabilities
  • Deliver products and execute all promotions.
  • Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift.
  • Merchandise all accounts to local standards.
  • Follow DOT regulations.
  • Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account.
  • Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
Required Qualifications
  • 21 years or older.
  • Valid U.S. CDL with Non‑Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable). In all California locations except Stockton, both non‑excepted intrastate and non‑excepted interstate status are accepted. In Stockton, CA, only non‑excepted interstate status is accepted.
  • Pass the required drug test and physical capabilities test (if applicable).
  • Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Helpful Experience
  • Operating trucks requiring a Valid U.S. CDL license (e.g., driving forwards, backwards, maneuvering in tight spaces).
  • Merchandising products (e.g., filling shelves, building displays, rotating product, cleaning shelves).
  • Operating equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
