Delivery Specialist - Hub

Compensation Pay Range:

$15.16 - $22.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance premiums in specific circumstances.

• Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and distribution center.
• Maintain a valid state driver's license and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
• Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop; deliver to appropriate store.
• Maintain daily city route manifest and ensure accuracy.
• Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys secure.
• Familiarize with accident report guidelines and complete if necessary.
• Ensure designated team member verifies invoices and signs the route manifest.
• Deliver according to set schedule, reporting any delays to city delivery supervisor and/or remaining stores.
• Project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations.
• Communicate problems or special needs from stores to store management.
• Clock in and out in accordance with company policy.
• Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage before operating vehicle each day.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to store manager.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled, lock and secure vehicle at end of day.
• Drive safely and defensively.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record that meets the company’s 14/18-point system.
• Fluency in multiple languages is desired, especially Spanish.
